About Jenny's Plumbing and Heating
I've been fixing pipes, installing water heaters, and solving the plumbing emergencies that show up at midnight since 1996. When Jenny and I started our own company, we didn't have a grand business plan. We had something simpler: frustration with how things were being done, and a belief that people deserved better.
Those early years were about learning what mattered. Every job taught us something. Every homeowner who called us back—or who told a neighbor about us—reinforced what we already knew: people don't want fancy. They want honest work, done right the first time, by someone who shows up and takes the problem seriously.
Being the youngest master plumber in Larimer County at the time wasn't about ego. It was about taking the trade seriously enough to master it. That's still how we operate. We still do the work ourselves. We still treat your home like it's ours.
You learn that water doesn't care about your schedule. Pipes fail on Sunday mornings, during holidays, when you're least prepared. That's why we answer emergency calls. We've been there at three in the morning because we remember what it feels like when something breaks and you don't know who to trust.
You learn that preventive work saves heartbreak. A water heater inspection now means no cold shower in January. A drain camera inspection catches problems before they become catastrophes. We spend time explaining these things not because we want to sound smart, but because your home is where you live. It matters.
You learn that remodels and renovations are about listening. We handle everything from new tankless water heaters to complete bathroom and kitchen remodels. But we don't start with what we want to install. We start with what you need, what your space allows, and what makes sense for your home and your budget.
Most importantly, you learn that the work is personal. When you've spent three decades in this trade, you're not a company to the people you serve—you're the person who fixed their toilet, or their boiler, or who arrived at two in the morning when everything was flooding. That relationship is built on competence and respect, not reputation points.
'We're devoted to serving people. That means showing up, doing honest work, and treating your home the way we'd treat ours.'

We serve Loveland and the surrounding areas because this is where we live. This is home. When you trust us with your home, we remember that.
